The Story

From the island to the world, and back again.

I grew up in the ABC Islands, fluent in five languages before I understood what communication really was. That five-language advantage taught me the truth early: how you show up matters more than what you say, and energy crosses every barrier words cannot.

Over 15 years and 500-plus workshops across the Caribbean, Latin America, and Europe, I turned that instinct into a methodology. And the transformation always starts in the same place: with how you show up, the energy you carry into the room before you ever open your mouth.

In July 2026 I am coming home to the ABC Islands to pour that work back into the place that gave me my voice.

The Vision

It all starts from the inside.

We are multidimensional. Most people try to fix the outside, the brand, the content, the marketing. But the outside is always a reflection of the inside.

It starts with the Inner Vibe: who you are, the energy you carry, what you believe is possible. Then comes the Outer Vibe: how you speak, how you show up, how your story lands. That is the work I do with people, one to one.

I work with humans. When the business itself is ready to be transformed, the systems, the marketing, the operations, the AI, I take that on together with Sjoerd oude Tanke under Optimize Your Vibe. Same methodology, infused with technology.
