The Caribbean gave me something most places cannot: many languages before I knew what communication was.
I grew up in Savaneta, Aruba. On the ABC Islands one conversation moves through Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish in a few minutes. You stop trusting words to carry the meaning. You learn to read what is underneath them.
In 2016 I moved to the Netherlands to study International Business and Languages at HAN University. I worked the shop floor at Media Markt, where enterprise brands noticed my performance. That led to Google in Barcelona, managing a €500,000+ advertising portfolio across European markets.
Every step confirmed what I already knew from coaching: the person doing the work matters more than the tools they are given. So I came home to build something that could change the region.

The first transformation

Starting over
I started again from zero, working as a snorkel tour guide in Aruba to get by. It was a struggle. Between tours, on a laptop, I kept building the coaching until it carried me. Today I live in Bali and coach leaders online, wherever they are.
