1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using nevinhenriquez.com(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and anyone who contacts us through the Site.

2. Services described on this site

This Site provides information about the personal brand, coaching, speaking, and advisory services of Nevin Henriquez. Services described include:

• Speaking & keynotes — booking inquiries for live and virtual keynotes, workshops, and corporate training. Engagements start at $2,500 USD and are subject to a separate engagement agreement signed before any event.
• Coaching services — one-to-one coaching and strategy sessions. These services are delivered through Optimize Your Vibe and are subject to OYV's own terms and payment agreements. The strategy session is priced at $297 USD.
• Digital products and resources — free PDF downloads and future online programs. Specific terms for paid programs will be provided at the time of purchase.
• Brand collaborations — partnerships and sponsorships are negotiated individually and governed by a separate written agreement.
• Donations — voluntary contributions to support the Caribbean digital education mission. Donations are non-refundable and do not entitle donors to any specific deliverable or service.

3. No binding service agreement

Submitting a contact form, email inquiry, or expression of interest does not constitute a binding service agreement. Services are only confirmed upon a signed written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, images, frameworks, methodology descriptions, and visual design — is the intellectual property of Nevin Henriquez unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

The 5-Step Transformation Framework PDF provided to subscribers is for personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, or presented as your own work.

5. Email list and communications

By subscribing to the email list through any form on this Site, you consent to receive emails about programs, speaking events, new content, and updates from Nevin Henriquez. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. We will not send spam and will not sell your email address to third parties.

Information submitted through the contact form will be used to respond to your inquiry. Coaching inquiries are forwarded to Optimize Your Vibe. By submitting the form you consent to this handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
