1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you give us directly

• Contact form — when you send an inquiry via the Connect page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. Depending on the inquiry type, we may also collect your organization name, event date, or budget range.
• Email sign-up — when you subscribe to receive the free PDF framework or other resources, we collect your first name (optional) and email address.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics — we use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that collects aggregate, anonymized data about page visits (pages viewed, referring URL, country). No cookies are used by Vercel Analytics and no personal data is stored.
• reCAPTCHA — our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects certain information (IP address, browser data) to distinguish humans from bots. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry within 48 hours
• To send you the free PDF framework or resources you requested
• To send you occasional updates about programs, speaking events, and new content (only if you subscribed — you can unsubscribe any time)
• To route coaching inquiries to Optimize Your Vibe (our coaching business)
• To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse via reCAPTCHA
• To understand how visitors use the site via anonymous analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Who we share your information with

Your data may be shared with the following trusted service providers only to the extent necessary:

• Supabase — our database provider, used to store contact form submissions and subscriber records. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Optimize Your Vibe — coaching inquiries submitted via the contact form are forwarded to the OYV team for follow-up. Only the information you submitted is shared.
• Vercel — our hosting provider processes web traffic. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Google — reCAPTCHA is a Google service. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set a session cookie to function correctly — this is strictly necessary for form security and does not track you across sites.

6. Data retention

• Contact form submissions — retained for up to 2 years, or until you request deletion.
• Subscriber records — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data
• Objection — object to how we use your data
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format

8. Children's privacy

This website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
