You Don't Need a Business to Start

A lot of people wait. They think the transformation starts when the business starts, when the money comes, when the conditions are finally right.

It is backwards. The conditions never get right on their own. You get right, and then the conditions follow.

Start before you are ready

You do not need a company, a title, or a launch. You need a decision and a direction. Here is where I tell people to begin.

1. Get honest about your energy. For one week, notice what you bring into every room. You cannot change what you will not look at.

2. Pick one practice and keep it. Movement, prayer, journaling, the ocean, anything. Persistence in one small thing rewires what you believe you are capable of.

3. Find your people. Awakening is not a solo sport. Surround yourself with humans who are also leveling up, and the pace becomes contagious.

4. Serve someone. The fastest way out of your own head is to be useful to another person. This is why volunteering and community work changed my life as much as any business did.
